Bay View Caravan is situated in the
grounds of the owners property on a hill overlooking New Quay Bay, and has one
of the
best views in the whole area It is a double glazed Tudor Elegance 38 x 12 with 2
bedrooms, sleeping up to four and is available from March to October.

Accommodation: Bay View Caravan has a
very comfortable and luxurious lounge with sofas and an armchair.
There is a flat screen TV with digital freeview and DVD player,
a separate dining area seating 4 , and a well equipped kitchen with
cooker, microwave fridge freezer, toaster and kettle There are two bedrooms
one spacious double and another with two single beds. There is a shower room with
washbasin. and
a separate WC and washbasin. There is room in the double
bedroom for a travel cot
Outside, there is a private deck
area overlooking
New Quay with table and chairs. On a clear day you can see as far as
Bardsey Island and the mountains of Snowdonia. There is not access to
the owners garden or Bay View Cottage separate deck area.
Bikes or kayaks can be stored in an area adjacent
to the caravan.

Bed Linen - bed linen is included and
beds are made up ready for arrival.
Heating - electric heating throughout the caravan all
included.
Access: There is easy access for the less
mobile due to the new near by parking and
one level deck right up to
the door. There is one step up to the caravan, and one step on to the
deck area. There is a handrail along the deck leading to the caravan.
We regret pets cannot be accepted and no
smoking
is permitted inside the caravan.
Weekly rentals
run from 2 pm on Saturday until 10 am the following Saturday.
