This luxury PRESTIGE RATED gas centrally heated and double glazed static caravan is a 2008 Cosalt Fairway with driveway for parking, balcony and patio area. It is sited in a quiet part of the site, off the main roads, on top of the cliff with steps nearby down to the beach and fantastic views over Cardigan Bay and New Quay harbour, ten minutes stroll from the entertainment centre and town

The caravan has a large lounge with door to balcony, gas fire,19 inch flat screen TV (with built in DVD/CD player and separate free view unit) and a clock radio/CD player. DVDs / CD's and games are left for the renters use. Dining area with well fitted kitchen containing fridge, separate freezer, gas cooker with hood, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for a self catering holiday. There is an outside entrance to the hallway with coat and shoe storage, shower with wash basin, separate toilet with wash basin and heated towel rail. Three bedrooms one with double bed and two with two single beds all have wardrobes and drawers. There are wooden tables and chairs on the balcony and a wooden double cartwheel bench, also there is a small picnic area to the side of the caravan with a wooden table and seats..

The owners are on site most of the time to sort out any problems or give advice. Sorry site rules say no single sex groups.. someone over 21 must be with all groups.. no smoking is allowed in the caravan (smoke alarms fitted) and no pets. 2 days minimum let.

prices range from £200 to £650 per week depending on season.

Prices from £100 for 2 nights up to £650 per week for end of July/August. Discount for full weeks on out of season breaks and special offers for 2010. Passes can be arranged with owners if required. 2 adult owners passes are given free to people booking a full week ( at owners discretion and if available )

The fabulous cliff-top setting of Quay West means uninterrupted views over Cardigan Bay the perfect holiday Park for dolphin spotting, fishing, sailing etc. The charming fishing harbour at New Quay is just a stroll away and you'll find lovely scenery, award-winning beaches and lots to see and do within easy reach of our South West Wales Holiday Park. Quay West Holiday Park is fun-packed, and it's where you'll find a terrific choice of activities including kids clubs, multi- sports court, horse riding, indoor bowling, mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools when open). When the Quay West sun goes down over Cardigan Bay, you can look forward to fun-filled evenings of Quay West family shows, live music and dancing. At night you can relax to a full evenings fun packed entertainment including talent shows, fancy dress, singers and groups, great shows performed by the "Funstarz" and not forgetting Haven - Quay West's own Rory the tiger and Bradley bear for the kid's .

Duvets and pillows are provided, and bottom sheets, duvet and pillow covers can be supplies at £5 per week, otherwise guests must bring their own. Tea towels, personal and beach towels are no supplied.
