Owners property: Guests should also recognise that a Holiday property may be used by the owners families from time to time and may have some personal belongings left in the property. Please respect these.

Damage: Any damage should be reported to the owners or their agents. Guests should appreciate that if an item is damaged or broken by the previous guests, it may not be possible to replace it before the next guests arrival time - especially if the property owners do not live locally and the caravan, lodge or chalet is only serviced weekly by a cleaner. 

Cleaning / Preparation: Preparation of a caravan for arrival is the sole responsibility of the caravan owner. If, in the unlikely event that a caravan is not ready for your arrival, we reserve the right to send in additional housekeeping / cleaning services with no further liability for loss of any kind, or to cancel a booking with full refund with no further liability for loss of enjoyment. However, West Wales Caravans would would make every effort to obtain alternative accommodation should this very unlikely event occur.

External factors: West Wales Caravans has no control over, and cannot be held liable for external factors that could possibly affect a Holiday such as the weather, local traffic, local events, neighbours, children playing, the continuity of electricity, gas and water supplies and the vagaries of television and mobile phone reception.

Insurance: We recommend that people who book holiday accommodation should take out holiday and cancellation insurance, to cover unforeseen events.
