Harbour View 1 is located in a Premier location on one of the best locations in Quay West Holiday Park with uninterrupted views along the coast and across Cardigan Bay. It is a corner plot with private parking and newly landscaped surroundings. There are no caravans to the front or side and has a new white PVC balcony that has been installed 2010. 


The caravan is a Pemberton Park Lane 42FT/14FT wide. Has full central heating throughout and is double glazed. The Caravan sleeps 4 / 6  comprises of a spacious lounge with bed settee, an end double bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom. (the twin can be converted to another double bed).  The caravan also has a separate bathroom with gold fittings, a corner bath and shower. The caravan has not been previously let and is in excellent condition. No pets or smoking allowed in this caravan.
 
The living room consists of a three piece suit, coffee table, wall cabinets and 32inch flat screen TV/DVD with free view. Living flame electric fire with lovely tiled surround and over the mantle mirror. There are side and from opening patio doors. The front doors are floor to ceiling glass - with excellent views out to sea - the photo of Traethgwyn Beach below was taken from the deck of the caravan.
 

The kitchen /Dinner consists of Fridge, Large Cooker with Oven. Microwave. Grill, pots and pans, Toaster, Kettle and iron. The dining room consists of table and chairs (setting 6 people). 
 
Twin/double room - has fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet TV/Video player and twin divans which can be converted to a double.
 
End double bedroom
Consists of double divan. Fitted mirror wardrobes and over bed storage. Dressing table and corner table with Flat Screen TV/DVD player. This room also has an ensuite shower room and WC.
 
Separate Bathroom
Consists of Corner bath with shower, EC and bash and basin. Gold fittings and cupboard space.
 
Outside Space
Large full length New White PVC balcony with excellent views across Cardigan Bay and New  Quay Harbour. Patio set.
