This centrally heated and double glazed 2012 Swift Serenity
sleeping up to 8 - bed linen included, and with two shower rooms, has excellent sea views over
Cardigan Bay and across to New Quay pier from the deck. The contemporary lounge
with a 3 sided modular sofa (including sofa bed) facing the large wall mounted
TV and pebble effect gas fire. Glass double doors open onto the newly installed
deck / veranda where you can see the mountains of Snowdonia and the Lleyn
peninsula in North Wales on a clear day.
ACCOMMODATION - The open plan well-equipped kitchen
has separate large family size integrated fridge and freezer. It has a full
size gas cooker with separate oven and grill with extractor, microwave,
kettle, toaster and all necessary cutlery, crockery glasses and cookware and
plenty of storage space. The dining table seats six and there are two bar
stools by the breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms, a double at one end of the caravan with en-suite shower room - shower, WC and wash basin and two twin bedrooms at the other end of the caravan with twin beds which can be pushed together to make doubles. There is also a family shower room with shower, WC and wash basin at this end of the caravan. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room for an extra person or persons who can bring their own bedding / sleeping bags.
The Park Complex has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, amusement arcade, pool tables and a bowling alley. At the club house there is entertainment and a restaurant. There is a Spar shop for all shopping requirements, a 'Pappa John's' Pizza restaurant and a launderette on site. There is a nature trail, crazy golf and trampoline and lots of activities to keep the children occupied. There are also plenty of activities and places to see outside of the park with a host of local attractions and summer shows and festivals to visit.
OUTSIDE – 2 Parking spaces sufficient for up to 3 cars, the new decking accessed by steps from the front of the caravan. There is an outside table and 6 chairs on the deck and a lounger in the outside cupboard.
PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no pets or smoking inside. Pillows and duvets and bed linen provided but guests must bring their own towels/tea towels as these are not provided. Club passes are not included in the rental, but weekly, 3 day and 1 day passes can be purchased from reception. Prices vary throughout the year.
New Quay - or 'Cei Newydd', with its picturesque harbour and houses has a good selection of pubs and restaurants and clings to the sides of the hills rising above the blue waters of Cardigan Bay on the coast of West Wales. New Quay’s stone pier has been standing for almost 200 years and is one of the best places to see the Bottlenose Dolphins for which Cardigan Bay is famous.
The sheltered harbour and safe beaches are the focus of activity in the summer when New Quay becomes a bustling and vibrant holiday resort where boat trips, sailing, fishing, water sports and relaxation, are among the main attractions. The local area has much to offer with the safe and sandy beaches of Llangrannog, Tresaith, Penbryn and Mwnt just a short drive away.
