The Caravan - The Caravan has one double bedroom with ensuite facility to the bathroom, one twin bedded room and a convertible pull out bed in the lounge area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas water heater, gas hob, gas cooker and grill, microwave and an electric fridge. Provided are all utensils and pots/pans as well as plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom contains a toilet, wash basin and shower.

The large dining/ lounge area provides guests with a gas fire, colour TV and books for browsing. The north facing front window offers extensive views across Cardigan bay, with the North Wales mountains easily visible on a clear day. 

The garden area is a real sun trap, with garden furniture, washing line at rear of caravan, and plenty of room for a BBQ. The adjoining field is also available for ball games etc. if free from livestock.

Bed linen, gas and electricity are all included in the prices. The caravan is strictly non-smoking. Well behaved pets are more than welcome.

The Area - Ty-Rhos farm is situated about one mile outside of New Quay where you can find the famous blue flag sandy beaches, the usual seaside shops and mini supermarkets, and plenty of pubs and restaurants, one of which is a pleasant stroll down the lane.

There is an extensive network of footpaths across farmland and the heritage coast/ National Trust coastline. Wonderful cliff walks making it an ideal place for those who love to walk.

If you are a birdwatcher then come and enjoy, we are lucky enough to have an abundance of birdlife in the area including red kites, buzzards, peregrines and a colony of the rare Choughs on the sea cliffs nearby, to name a few. The famous Bottlenose Dolphins can be seen regularly from either the nearby cliff paths or the New Quay pier (from which boat trips leave regularly in the summer season).

Both the sunrise (for the early risers) and the sunset over the sea can be quite amazing.
