Reservations of accommodation are accepted at the Willerby Richmond Caravan at Ocean Heights Leisure Park subject to the following terms and Conditions of Hire.

1. Contract : All bookings will form a contract between the Hirer and the Caravan owners. 

2. A provisional booking made via telephone or e-mail and will be held for a period of 7 days only. In the event of a cancellation made more than 6 weeks before the holiday, there will be an administration fee of £20. The balance of the deposit will be refunded.

3. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If a holiday is cancelled within 28 days of the holiday, then there will be a refund (with administration fee as in item 2) only if the owners are able to re-let the caravan for that week.

4. The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the confirmation letter from the owners.

5. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 4 people and at no time must this be exceeded. 

6. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. Ocean Heights Leisure Park will not allow all male or all female parties of 3 or more persons.

7. No pets allowed

8. External factors: The owners have have no control over, and cannot be held liable for external factors that could possibly affect a Holiday such as the weather, local traffic, local events, neighbours, children playing, electricity, gas and water supply  and  the vagaries of television and mobile phone reception, or any financial losses incurred as a result of external factors. The owners cannot be held responsible for problems associated with any services provided by Ocean Heights Leisure Park.

9. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan.

10. Accommodation Prices listed include a pass to the swimming pool.

11. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. 

12. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time are they to be dried over heaters and clothes lines are not to be erected.

13. Park speed limits must not be exceeded.

14. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress. 

17. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners
and occupiers at all times.

18. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.

19. Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between caravans.

20. No motorcycles are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager.
 
21. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

22. Do not disarm smoke alarms. Press hush panel located on the alarms themselves should they be activated during cooking activity.

23. All electrical and domestic goods, including boiler, must be switched off upon leaving the van.

24. Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and other linen items are not provided.

25. Park rules apply at all times.

26. A car may be parked on the grassy area in front of the caravan. Use designated overflow car park provided by the park. 

27. Caravans must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 4.00pm. 

28. The caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. If you do not have time to clean the caravan, an additional charge of £30 may be made to the person booking subsequent to your holiday.
