The open plan well-equipped kitchen has full size gas cooker with separate oven and grill with extractor over, integrated fridge and 3 drawer freezer , microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer and all necessary cutlery, crockery glasses and cookware and plenty of storage space. The dining table seats six.

There are three bedrooms, a double and two twin bedrooms - all with TVs with integrated DVD players. There is also a family shower room with shower, WC and wash basin, plus an additional WC and basin adjacent to the twin bedrooms. Duvets and pillows provided, but bed linen and towels must be brought by guests.

There is garden furniture on the deck with views across Cardigan Bay.

• Bed linen: duvets and pillows are provided for all beds , but not bed linen.

• There is a Smart TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi for streaming etc.

• Highchair available on request.

• A selection of board games and DVDs for children

• Bookings: Friday to Friday for 7 nights. Short breaks Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

• Entertainment passes: These are not provided, but may be purchased from the park office on arrival if required.

• Pets: One small well behaved dog permitted, but must not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

• Smoking: This is a non-smoking caravan.

• The owner requires a £50 fully refundable bond for breakages, etc.

• Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rentals, however for 2024, we understand that passes may still be restricted.
