Accommodation - The caravan has three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms.  There is a family shower room with new glazed shower, sink and toilet as well as an additional WC and basin adjacent to the twin bedrooms.. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, full size gas cooker and grill with extractor over, microwave, toaster, under counter fridge /freezer and air fryer.
The spacious lounge area has wraparound  corner sofas, a 43" smart TV with dongle to access a multitude of extra channels. There are large front window with views across the park to Cardigan Bay.  Electric wall mounted pebble effect heater. The dining table seats 4/6. The sandy and expansive Traethgwyn Beach is just a few minutes walk from the caravan, see photo above. At low tide you can walk into New Quay along the beach.

Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rentals, however for 2023, we understand that passes may be restricted during busy holiday weeks  and will not always be available.

• Bookings Monday to Monday 7 nights or Monday to Friday 4 nights or Friday to Monday 3 night weekends. See weekly prices below. 4 nights (Mon. to Fri.) at 70% of the weekly price, 3 nights (Fri. to Mon.) at 60% of the weekly price.

• The owner requires a refundable £75 security/breakages bond to be paid to the owner with the final payment.

• Electric  heating throughout with panel radiators, plus additional gas heating in Lounge area, all electricity and gas included.

• Duvets and pillows and bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels..

• Full Wi-Fi provided in the caravan.

• Dining table seating 6.

• No smoking inside the caravan.

• One well behaved small dog welcome.

• Off road parking alongside the caravan.

• Fully enclosed and gated  deck and outside furniture.

Local Amenities - Beach, scenic coastal walks, watersports, kayak and paddleboard hire, Sea fishing, and Dolphin watching trips available from the  harbour in New Quay,  pubs and restaurants including 2 fish and chip shops, a Chinese take away, lots of small shops, the Cardigan Bay Wildlife Centre and New Quay Lifeboat.   The Wales Coastal Path is below the park, also Traethgwyn Beach, see photo above, where you walk into New Quay at low tide.
