Accommodation - The sitting room has free-standing sofas, coffee table, large flat screen TV with integrated DVD Player and wall mounted electric fire, French doors open onto the timber deck with wide views of Cardigan Bay and across to New Quay harbour. There is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with WC adapted for disabled access; and one twin bedroom, also with TV. There is a separate family bathroom with corner bath and shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is an additional 4 foot double folding bed available and 2 children's fold out beds which can provide flexible bedding arrangements if required. Duvets and pillows available for all additional beds.
The well equipped kitchen has a large range style gas cooker, with extractor over, microwave, washing machine, integrated fridge with 4 drawer freezer space, and all the usual crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware for any family occasion.

The timber deck on 3 sides of the caravan is fully enclosed and can be accessed by a ramp with a small step at the top. Rattan seating overlooking Cardigan Bay plus a table and chairs.

• Towels and bed linen are not provided. All duvets and pillows are in the caravan

• One or two small/medium dogs welcomed. Dogs must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

• Patio furniture on the larger than average three sided deck with an extensive view over New Quay and Cardigan Bay.

• No smoking in the caravan.

• Disabled facilities include mobility scooter charging point, ramp with small step at the top, en suite WC adapted.

• Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rentals, however for 2024, we understand that passes may still be restricted.
