Accommodation - The caravan has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. There is also a pull-out sofas-bed in the lounge for additional flexibility. The shower room has a glazed shower with basin and  WC  and is adjacent to the two twin bedrooms, also additional cloakroom with WC and basin adjacent to bedrooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, glasses, cutlery, cookware, full sized gas cooker, grill and extractor, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The spacious lounge area has wraparound sofas with a 32” flat screen TV. The front sliding doors open onto the white deck  with views to New Quay and Cardigan Bay. The wide sandy Traethgwyn Beach is just a few minutes walk from the caravan. There is full central heating with radiators throughout and a wall mounted flame effect heater in the sitting area. The dining table seats 4 plus two extra stools.

On-site facilities at Quay West include heated indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant with bar, Sky TV, entertainment lounge with evening entertainment for children and adults alike. There are also kids clubs during the day, with many activities including football, pool fun, archery, arts and craft and more. Weekly , 3 day or daily entertainment and activity passes can be purchased from the park office after arrival, prices vary throughout the season.

• The owner requires a £75 'care bond' with the final payment - to be returned if there is no damage.

• TV and DVD player in master bedroom which has an en-suite toilet.

• Short breaks available from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Please enquire for Friday to Monday price.

• Weekly bookings must be Friday to Friday.
  Full central heating, gas and electricity included, radiators throughout.

• No charging of electric powered vehicles from the caravan supply permitted. There are charging points in the New Quay car parks.

• Duvets and pillows are provided, but not bed linen.

• Private parking.

• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.

• Fully enclosed UPVC deck with outside table and seating sea views to Cardigan Bay and New Quay.

• Short breaks welcome but only from Monday (4 nights.) or Friday( 3 nights.) Until the summer holidays.
